About the Position

This is a Federal Work Study (FWS) position available to undergraduate students who have been awarded FWS funds in their financial aid package. The position is designed to provide students with part-time employment opportunities to help pay for their educational expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with various tasks and projects in a office environment
  • Work closely with instructors, deans, and other staff members to support academic programs
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational and time management skills
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
  • Must be an undergraduate student awarded FWS funds in their financial aid package
  • Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards set by Dallas College
  • Must be enrolled and certified in at least six hours (half time) for Fall and Spring
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen
  • Must have transportation to off-campus worksites
  • Must complete required Dallas College professional development training hours
