Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for generating reports, project plans, and work instructions.
  • Experience in writing and maintaining software code (LabVIEW or C).
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively in team settings.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a secret security clearance.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve desired outcomes.
Desired Skills:
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in electrical parameter measurements for components and subassemblies.
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
  • Experience in developing complex test programs using NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand.
  • Ability to research and specify components for test equipment design.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems.
  • Experience in generating engineering documentation such as assembly and block diagrams.
  • Knowledge of corrective and preventative action processes.
  • Ability to derive test requirements from design specifications.
  • Experience in preparing technical presentations and reports.
