Position Overview:
The Housekeeping House Person plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities at Maverick Gaming LLC. This position is designed for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Housekeeping House Person include:

  • Adhering to all company policies and sanitation guidelines.
  • Stocking linens and preparing guest rooms.
  • Assisting housekeeping staff with supply management and waste disposal.
  • Performing cleaning tasks as requested by supervisors.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and replenishing necessary supplies.
  • Utilizing appropriate cleaning agents for various surfaces in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of hallways, stairwells, and elevators.
  • Cleaning and organizing guest laundry facilities as needed.
  • Engaging with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Protecting guest privacy and security, managing lost and found items responsibly.
  • Staying informed about hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
  • Conducting inspections of rooms for safety and maintenance issues, reporting findings to supervisors.
  • Following lost and found policies, including key management.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of general cleaning practices and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment regularly.

  • Capability to work independently while following task priorities.
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
