The Children's Home of Pittsburgh is in search of a Clinical Operations Manager for our Child's Way program, dedicated to providing care for medically fragile children.

The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of the Child's Way program. This role involves effective planning, organizing, coordinating, and facilitating the efforts of a multidisciplinary team within The Children's Home. The manager will ensure that all operational aspects align with our care philosophy, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care delivery within Child's Way. The Clinical Operations Manager will also guide, develop, and evaluate the personnel involved in the program, ensuring compliance with all relevant certifications and regulations.

Qualifications required:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related Healthcare Field
  2. Master's Degree is preferred
  3. Experience in staff management
  4. CPR certification and OSHA training
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience in family engagement and conflict resolution
  6. Strong professional communication skills with clients, board members, and the public
  7. Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  8. Previous experience in healthcare management is preferred
