**Family Based Mental Health Therapist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Family Based Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Every Child, Inc. As a Master's Level Clinician, you will be responsible for providing intensive therapeutic interventions and creating treatment plans with a systems perspective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical assessment, counseling, crisis management, and psychoeducation to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with a care team to support the whole family
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency
  • Experience working with trauma issues and a systems perspective
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with good computer skills

**What We Offer:**

  • Guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
  • Flexible hours to accommodate client needs
  • $50,000 - $54,000 annually, based on education and experience
  • Overtime and bonus eligibility
  • All travel and administrative time paid at the billable rate
