Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Assessment and Redesign: Play a key role in the assessment and redesign of local and back-office processes, including demand planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing, in collaboration with the corporate IT function.
  • ERP Supply Chain Transactions and Strategy: Be responsible for the ERP supply chain transactions modules and the Corporate Supply Chain platform strategy, working closely with the ERP strategy team and parallel systems throughout the project.
  • Communication and Influence: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and explain technical information to various audiences, and influence peers and executives across organizational lines to take action on global strategic initiatives or process changes.
  • Analysis, Planning, and Design: Play a key role in the analysis, planning, and design of strategic systems and processes necessary to achieve Parker Win strategy objectives, global dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Supply Chain Process Development: Build supply chain processes, reporting, analytics, and systems in the Parker supply chain organization.
  • Change Management: Actively engage and communicate with regional supply chain managers and key leaders to proactively respond to changing business requirements and environments, managing change projects to successful completion on time and budget.
  • Process Improvement: Identify additional improvement opportunities in supply chain and support the development, presentation, and successful adoption of business cases for projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Experience within operations/supply chain disciplines, with ERP/MRP experience a plus.
  • International Experience: Experience working internationally with other supply chain systems and operating structures.
  • Supply Chain Best Practices: Supply chain best practices or Lean and supply chain re-engineering experience.
  • Managerial Skills: Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
