Key Responsibilities:- Ensure meticulous records of all bookkeeping, client interactions, and sales reports to effectively monitor and communicate progress towards assigned objectives.

- Manage a portfolio of current clients while actively seeking new business through various sales strategies, including networking and outreach.
- Stay informed about any changes in regulations or policies within the insurance sector to adapt insurance offerings for both existing and prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with policyholders to create insurance risk management profiles that outline the most suitable policies for their changing needs.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Candidates must either possess or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is advantageous.
- Experience with accounting or sales-related software is a plus.
- Ability to comprehend and navigate state and federal regulations impacting insurance sales and the broader insurance industry.
