As a seasoned professional in the field of healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services across multiple facilities within the Ambulatory Surgery Division (ASD) of KA Recruiting Inc.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail. As the Market Quality and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, compilation, analysis, and presentation of evidence for your centers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage a safe and efficient work environment for staff across multiple facilities
  • Coordinate division-wide programs aimed at continuous improvement of quality of care and service delivered to patients, employees, physicians, and payors
  • Minimize risk across centers, maximize quality of care, and provide safer facilities for patients and personnel

You will be accountable for:

  • Distributing Service Quality Index scores
  • Facilitating team-oriented approaches to process improvement and problem-solving amongst teams
  • Oversighting safety in-service programs across facilities
  • Maintaining, reviewing, receiving, and reporting all variances for centers
  • Preparing and presenting findings and outcome measures related to initiatives
  • Developing and managing peer review processes for teams
  • Tracking and trending patient satisfaction survey feedback
  • Maintaining requirements from OSHA, CMS, AAAHC, and federal agencies related to quality improvement, risk management, and quality of care for centers
  • Coordinating and preparing for state/federal inspections and accreditation surveys
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Nursing Diploma
  • Valid CPR or BLS certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably ambulatory care, risk management, and/or quality improvement
  • One year of supervisory experience

We offer a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
