The Role

As a Lead Certified Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction. Your duties will include:

  • Providing technical support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians
  • Assisting with surgical procedures and monitoring anesthesia
  • Conducting laboratory tests and interpreting results
  • Developing and implementing training programs for veterinary support staff
  • Coordinating with the inventory manager to ensure adequate supplies and medications
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
