Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and trusts, providing strategic guidance and expertise to achieve their financial objectives.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with the sales and relationship management team to drive revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with client goals and risk tolerance, ensuring continuous monitoring and revision as needed.
  • Collaborate with the client service team to provide comprehensive support and ensure seamless execution of investment plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, co-trustees, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, investment strategies, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Engage in thought leadership initiatives, educational programs, and industry events to enhance our reputation and stay at the forefront of the financial services industry.
  • Adhere to best practices and industry standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Participate in special projects and committees as required, contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of investment experience, with a proven track record of delivering consistent long-term performance and meeting client objectives.


Compensation:
$225,000-$275,000 base salary. Northern Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement and pension plan contributions, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life insurance, and other wellbeing benefits.
