Job Summary and Qualifications

As an MRI Technologist, you will utilize your professional expertise to provide care for patients in the Imaging department. We take pride in our compassionate and dedicated employees who deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team operates like a family, with a focus on placing patients at the center of everything we do.

  • Under the supervision of a physician, you will conduct MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) examinations for patients of all ages, employing advanced technical knowledge.
  • You will be expected to perform all duties with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment, creativity, and initiative.
  • Advanced knowledge of MRI equipment and examinations is essential, along with the ability to mentor students and staff in MRI technology.
  • You will be responsible for assessing and caring for all patients, interpreting information in relation to their needs and understanding the range of required treatments.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT (MR) Certification required or ARMRIT.
  • Current Radiology license in the state of employment.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
