Job Description

W3Global Inc is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review project plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules using software such as Microsoft Project, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, taking appropriate actions to control costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and cost estimates.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, highly desirable but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam, or other relevant construction software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
