Job Summary

Brenntag, a leading global distributor of chemicals and ingredients, is seeking a skilled Chemical Operator 2nd Shift to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading trucks with chemicals and ingredients
  • Filling drums and totes with chemicals and ingredients
  • Picking and staging freight for delivery
  • Maintaining shipping and receiving logs
  • Ensuring the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing products and materials
  • Moving raw materials to the production area and finished products to the warehouse
Requirements
  • Chemical or warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to operate a forklift and perform general warehouse duties
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
