About the Job

The Sales Associate will work in our Costello's Ace Hardware store located in Warren, NJ. This is a full-time position that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ring sales accurately and process transactions efficiently.
  • Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide product information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
