Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of electrical construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of electrical foremen and technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The Electrical Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to project sites. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and to lift up to 50 pounds.
