Position Summary:

The Store Operations Leader at MOD is tasked with overseeing daily store functions in collaboration with the General Manager. This dual-role position involves setting the operational tone, mentoring team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Shift Captain or 1 year in a supervisory role within a customer service environment

  • Commitment to a growth mindset and purpose-driven work
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Acquire food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exhibited service-oriented leadership style

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate in a kitchen environment, utilize kitchen equipment, and communicate effectively in English. Must be available to work varied schedules and adapt to different weather conditions.
