As a General Manager at Little Caesars, you will be responsible for providing leadership with a 'Can Do' attitude, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to build sales, control costs, and maintain a fun and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales-building strategies to drive revenue growth
- Control costs and maintain a high level of operational efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a management role, preferably in a quick-service restaurant
- Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service goals
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
