We're seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team and help us drive innovation and quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a robust, modern IT infrastructure to ensure 24/7 production capability with a hybrid office workforce utilizing primarily Microsoft products, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365.
  • Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot all network infrastructure components such as LANs, WANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi networks, servers, routers/firewalls, switches, and battery backups.
  • Lead administration of Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS (internal and external), Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune setup and configuration.
  • Administrate backup environment, including off-site retention and disaster recovery capabilities using Azure. Document disaster recovery procedures to ensure compliance and readiness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a network/server administrator or engineer.
  • Technical proficiency from client endpoints to on-premises or Azure server infrastructure.
  • Focus on security and systems uptime across all work is critical to our operations.
  • Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies as well as staying informed of new and emerging threats to evaluate potential impact to business operations and develop remediation steps if required.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole team succeeds.
