Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team in Miami, FL. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our primary care practice and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our primary care team, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care.
- Practice Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our primary care practice, including staff management, patient flow, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement in our primary care practice.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and develop initiatives to address these areas.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a primary care practice, including experience in staff management, patient flow, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Clinical Expertise: Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of hire.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to attract and develop talent, build effective teams, and drive vision and purpose.
