Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cleaning equipment to perform housekeeping tasks, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and using cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and break areas are maintained and fully stocked.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure designated areas are kept clean.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows and other surfaces.
  • Dust furniture and ensure that hardware is in good condition.
  • Move light furniture as directed.
  • Replace light bulbs in overhead fixtures when necessary.
  • Conduct cleaning operations in office areas, production floors, and outdoor spaces as assigned.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

Desired Skills:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment to ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in operating floor cleaning equipment and other necessary tools.
  • Ability to read and understand procedures and instructions in English.
  • Capable of effectively communicating information and responding to inquiries from colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
