At Supplemental Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Mobile Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

This role will involve working with a hospital to provide diagnostic imaging services, using a Mammographic unit to produce high-quality images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician.

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in radiology and a Mammography Tech National Certificate. Additionally, they should have American Heart Association BLS certification and at least one year of relevant experience.

Job Description:

This position requires a highly skilled Mobile Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Mammographic unit to produce high-quality images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes
  • Explain procedures to patients, observe scanning processes, and adjust imaging equipment as needed
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mammography Tech National Certificate
  • Associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in radiology preferred
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • At least one year of relevant experience in diagnostic imaging
