At ICONMA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological services to inmates/residents, including assessments, counseling, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments to identify inmates' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
- Provide counseling and therapy services to inmates, including crisis intervention and confrontation avoidance.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff, including psychiatrists, mental health service providers, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state where practice occurs.
- At least two years of clinical experience, including one year in a comparable position.
- Valid driver's license.
