Job Title: Project Manager (with P&C Insurance domain experience)
Work Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – Onsite)
Required Experience: 10+ Years
Job Description:
- P&C Insurance knowledge is a must
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing detailed project plans defining project scope and managing project timelines. Also, ensure that all project activities are aligned with the overall project objectives and business goals.
- Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively including team members budget and equipment. Also, ensure that the project team has the necessary resources to complete their tasks and meet project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders including clients team members and senior management. Also provide regular updates on project status address any concerns and ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project and proactively address any issues that arise and ensure that the project stays on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Also, implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews to ensure that project outputs are of high quality.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Also provide guidance support and mentorship to team members helping them to achieve their best performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking project performance against key performance indicators KPIs and project milestones. Also analyze project data, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
