Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our RAPID RESPONSE team, you'll provide psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, stabilization, and referral services to individuals in need of emergency psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face assessment, diagnostic screening, and wrap-around safety planning
  • Develop interventions responsive to client goals, needs, and resources
  • Collaborate with the ED healthcare team, on-call psychiatrists, and referral sources
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and automobile with liability insurance
