The Taco Bell Shift Lead is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring seamless operations during their shifts. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ensure that all team members complete their assigned duties and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for team members and customers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and coolers.

  • Perform basic business math and maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
