Job Summary

As a Residential Therapist at Intercept Health, you will play a vital role in providing a structured therapeutic environment for children and adolescents in need of support. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a positive role model, contributing to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans. You will work closely with the Program Manager to develop socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to residents
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Program Manager
  • Model positive behaviors and values to promote resident growth and development

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. with at least six months of experience working with children
  • Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree
