Job Description

At Intercept Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a structured therapeutic environment for children and adolescents in need of support due to behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans.
  • Model positive values, attitudes, and behaviors to help residents develop socially effective skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to ensure the highest level of care and support for residents.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children, or an Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children, or a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree.
  • Ability to work weekends and provide a safe and supportive environment for residents.
