Overview of Quality Control Inspector Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Foster effective communication with senior management to achieve and uphold daily performance targets and capabilities. Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to convey information clearly. Develop, assess, and validate quality assurance protocols and product specifications to ensure adherence to standards and overall product excellence. Formulate, implement, and execute strategies to guarantee that daily objectives are met efficiently.

Act as a liaison among various departments (manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, shipping, and receiving) to facilitate daily operations and product output. Mentor and train both new and existing quality and manufacturing personnel within a production line setting. Conduct analyses and investigations to identify the root causes and corrective measures for any non-conformances delivered. Perform internal compliance audits for both Manufacturing and Quality divisions.

Offer Production Lines with Quality Material Board Review (MRB) assistance. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing context, demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential. An Associate's Degree in Metallurgical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, or Mechanical fields, or equivalent experience is preferred. A general understanding of Quality Assurance Systems and Applications, such as ISO 9001, is necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet customer delivery timelines and a willingness to work overtime is required.

Exceptional technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
