Laramie County Community College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach History courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and contributing to the development of the History program.
Key Responsibilities- Teach History courses, including lectures, discussions, and other instructional activities
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the College's mission and goals
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to students
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the History program
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution in History or American Studies or Master in Political Science and 18 graduate credits in History or a closely related field of study
- One year of teaching experience in higher education
