Wealth Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Comprehensive Financial Planning Professional to join our team at Baystate Financial. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Discovery: Conduct thorough financial assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
- Case Development & Analysis: Analyze data and develop customized financial plans to meet clients' objectives.
- Financial Plan Presentation: Present detailed financial plans to clients and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Implementation: Collaborate with clients to implement financial plans and provide ongoing support.
No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support. We also reimburse study materials and licensing fees. Potential earnings range from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on performance.
