Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales leads for in-home residential window and door replacement at home shows and events.
  • Set in-home appointments with potential customers.
  • Manage event and home show booths to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Input customer information and schedules in-home appointments within Customer Relationship Management software (CRM).
  • Follow up with customers via phone to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Conduct product seminars and present window and door replacement solutions.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA, AA, or Technical degree (or equivalent) and 6 months of selling experience preferred.
  • Customer service or general business experience also applies to this role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software (CRM).
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, good public relations, and customer service skills.

Work Environment:

Work environment includes typical office environment and most frequently working from various event sites throughout Arizona and Utah. The noise level of this job is typically moderate.
