Job Title: Ukrainian Support Case Manager

Commonpoint Queens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ukrainian Support Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our USARA program, you will provide case management and support services to eligible Ukrainian arrivals, helping them achieve self-sufficiency and overcome barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive intake and assessment meetings to identify client needs and develop individualized self-sufficiency plans.
  • Refer clients to internal and external resources, including employment services, intensive case management, mainstream public benefits, and more.
  • Assist clients with applications for Social Security Cards, Employment Authorization Documents, driver's licenses, and school enrollment.
  • Conduct ongoing check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure they are receiving the necessary support and resources.
  • Collaborate with USARA employment services staff to ensure coordination of services and maximize client outcomes.
  • Participate in community outreach events to recruit clients and raise awareness of our USARA program.
  • Conduct home visits and fieldwork as needed to support clients.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in case management, refugee resettlement, social services, and/or immigration law.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian required.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a culturally diverse team.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
