- Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
