Job Summary

We are seeking a Golf Course Cart Attendant to join our team at Oakland County, Michigan Government. As a Golf Course Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our golf course facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers at the point of sale, greet and act as hosts to visitors, take reservations, and coordinate park entry.
  • Stage golf carts for customer use and return them to the cart barn after use.
  • Clean carts, empty trash cans, and assist with cleaning in and around the pro shop facility as needed.
  • Assist higher-level employees involved in the general maintenance and operations of the County Park facilities.
  • Answer questions, give directions, explain facilities, and provide general information to visitors.
  • Must be alert to hazards and follow department safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements
  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • May be required to provide safety shoes.
Benefits

This is a part-time position limited to 1,000 hours/year and is not eligible for benefits. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.48/hour.
