Forest Dale Golf Relations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Golf Relations Specialist to join our team at Forest Dale Golf Course. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting golf professionals with day-to-day operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to golfers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist golf professionals with tasks such as booking reservations, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse and grounds.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the golf course, including expediting play and making recommendations to golfers to enhance their experience.
  • Perform basic gardening and maintenance tasks as needed to maintain the appearance of the golf course.
  • Assist with practice area and driving range operations, including managing inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the golf industry and golf standards.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage fees, purchases, and other activities.
  • Ability to perform basic gardening and maintenance work.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:

$15.00 per hour.
