Position Title: MST Therapist

Position Overview

  • Become part of a dedicated team that emphasizes empowering youth and families through strength-based behavioral modifications.
  • Receive comprehensive training in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) framework.
  • Engage closely with families, youth, and their communities to facilitate positive and enduring changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical interventions adhering to the MST model and its foundational principles.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients and their families.
  • Interact with a diverse range of clients and community groups.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and community personnel to implement change-focused treatment.
  • Participate in continuous case planning and evaluation processes.
  • Engage in ongoing training and supervision to refine clinical competencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline OR a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in family or youth services.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred.
  • Experience in family therapy, cognitive-behavioral methods, and behaviorally-oriented approaches.
  • Demonstrated success in working with children, adults, and couples.
  • Capability to implement interventions within the natural environment of the youth.
