Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at National Health Care Associates. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements:
