Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at DaVita. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
