We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Director to join our team at Restaurant Revolution, part of Sonesta. As a key member of our wine team, you will be responsible for curating an extensive wine list featuring a diverse selection of wines from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list that meets the needs of our discerning guests
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create wine pairing menus and recommendations
  • Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, including wine education and pairing suggestions
  • Manage wine inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing wine
  • Develop and implement wine training programs for our staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a wine director or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, including wine regions, grape varieties, and wine production methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
