Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers in a timely manner
- Collecting customer and vehicle details
- Accurately documenting all vehicle issues as reported by the customer
- Assessing and suggesting necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Preparing a detailed and precise estimate of labor and parts costs
- Setting follow-up appointments
- Tracking the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keeping customers informed
- Ensuring that the final invoice aligns with the services rendered on the repair order
- Clearly explaining all completed services and associated costs to customers
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service advisory role is preferred, though we are willing to train the right individual
