Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration/Boiler Technician to join our team at Nestle's Medford manufacturing facility. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and servicing our ammonia refrigeration machinery, steam boilers, and compressed air systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration machinery, steam boilers, and compressed air systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency
  • Comply with good manufacturing practices (GMPs), USDA, and OSHA policies

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in HVAC or equivalent experience in the HVAC field
  • Experience with industrial refrigeration (ammonia) is highly desirable
  • Good general mechanical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
