Job Title: RN Direct Service

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Direct Service RN. In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities living in community-based homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the delivery of preventive and routine health care services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Provide preventative, routine, and emergency healthcare services as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with RN Clinical Coordinator, Senior Residential Supervisor, and Residential Director to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities and provide support as needed.
  • Complete daily logs, pertinent forms, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • NYS Driver's License that meets agency policy.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position and maintain Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention Core Training certification.
