Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school education and the ability to master on-the-job training requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The position hours range between 8 AM and 5 PM, Fridays until 6 PM, and will require a minimum of two Saturdays a month. Some of the work is repetitive, and you will be required to deal with the public and must be courteous and efficient. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate. The duties of the job may require the employee to stand, walk, use hands, and feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands, arms and talk or hear. Ability to lift 25-pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
