Job Summary

The Business Analyst Intern role is an exciting opportunity for individuals to kick-start their career in business analysis or transition into the IT industry.

This internship involves supporting the Business Analysis department and project teams in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

The Business Analyst intern will play a key role in identifying business needs, assisting in process improvements, and contributing to the success of the product team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and can effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the analysis of business processes and workflows
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
  • Assist in the facilitation of various agile ceremonies and documenting sprint objectives and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business issues
  • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision making
  • Assist in the testing and validation of business solutions

Minimum Education and Experience:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in CIS/CSE/MIS

Salary Range:

$31,000 - $52,000.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
