About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Conexess. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing effective business processes and systems to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business processes and gather technical application requirements.
  • Lead and identify customer business needs and technology readiness, contributing to the development of solutions in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and services.
  • Analyze and meticulously document detailed business and application requirements, including any enhancement changes.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" while collaborating with the development team to create technology solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress, including maintaining logs and status updates.
  • Design and propose effective and scalable solutions to tackle business challenges.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in financial, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working development teams and work management software (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA).
  • ECBATM, CCBA, and CBAP Certifications is a plus.
  • Expert with Microsoft Dynamics Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience soliciting and documenting technical requirements.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an IT delivery environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in Healthcare Rev Cycle, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance/Accounting, Operations, Retail or IT.
  • Understanding of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task definition.
  • Experience building data and processing maps.
