Job Overview: Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is in search of a Lead Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to enhance the cybersecurity capabilities at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (CS/IA) and will hold a TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes standards, tools, and methodologies for Cybersecurity threat and risk reporting
  • Oversees NCSA Monitoring, CND, and DCO activities
  • Conducts code analysis and ensures compliance validation
  • Develops risk assessment documentation and offers mitigation strategies
  • Evaluates technical assessments and suggests enhancements for RMF and CYBERSAFE
  • Delivers training on cybersecurity compliance practices
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in C4ISR projects
  • Relevant certifications: CISSP, CASP, CSSLP
  • Current TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in CND, High Assurance, and Information System Security Engineering
  • Proficient in conducting risk assessments and analyses
  • Familiarity with CS reviews and testing
  • Knowledge of CSTA standards and DFIA framework
  • Experience with RMF and IA TA Standards
