Customer Service Representative

At Merge Opportunities, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit projects in Buildertend/Resi for missing items, such as change orders, field measurements, finance documents, and service contracts.
  • Conduct over-the-phone contract reviews with Sales Representatives at the point of sale.
  • Accurately transfer contract information into accounting forms.
  • Keep a daily log of individual projects to ensure they are expedited efficiently.
  • Schedule field measures and provide tentative installation dates via Salesforce (CRM).
  • Follow up with assigned clients to ensure timely installation of projects.
  • Promptly communicate with internal departments via Outlook.
  • Handle a high call volume of warranty calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong desire and passion to help and serve others.
  • High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high call volume environment.
