We are currently seeking qualified and reliable Medication Aides to enhance our dedicated team.

Position: Certified Medication Aide, Split Shift (6 am - 2 pm / 2 pm - 10 pm)

Join a team that prioritizes delivering exceptional care to our residents in a pristine and comfortable environment.

Under the guidance of a Licensed Nurse, the Medication Aide will be responsible for supporting memory care residents and ensuring the accurate administration of medications and treatments.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Help maintain a safe and hygienic living space for residents.
  • Ensure residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration, providing assistance as necessary.
  • Promptly report any changes in resident conditions or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Adhere to standard precautions and infection control protocols.
  • Document resident progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Current state registration is required for CMAs.
  • Basic understanding of communication methods, infection control, safety practices, body mechanics, and age-related care considerations.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Completion of annual training is mandatory.
  • One year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
