Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support for HR initiatives and projects;
  • Maintaining accurate records and files related to HR operations;
  • Responding to employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, and in-person;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative office setting;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism;
  • Experience with HRIS software or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn in-house applications;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
What We Offer

Berkshire Health Systems offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
