  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives to resolve product or service concerns.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products or services, building sustainable relationships with our customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and complete tasks associated with them.
  • Schedule and create delivery/service appointments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and concerns in our operating system, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve our processes.
  • Provide feedback to management for potential improvements and attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Working knowledge of computer operating systems and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Working Environment:

Our Call Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals. You will be required to sit for extended periods, use your hands and fingers to handle objects, and speak clearly and concisely with customers. You may also be required to stand and move around the office.
